Get To Know Me!
In all that I have done I have been a builder of teams. I am graduate of Shippensburg University. There I served as the Student Association President and also on the board for the State System of Higher Education. I had the privilege of leading and being a part of these teams while we achieved new levels of success.
After receiving my degree, I spent the first 8 years of my career as a Human Resources professional. I worked for such companies as CellularOne, AT&T Wireless, and Earthlink. As an HR professional I was able to put together countless teams of professionals and enjoyed a high level of success.
My real passion was discovered when I started to coach high school football for Central Dauphin. Developing the character of young people through athletics is by far the most important way for me to use my talents. I have since started to coach girls’ lacrosse as well.
I currently own and/or manage a number of rental properties in the Harrisburg area. I have been highly successful in sales with multi million dollar production year after year. I also teach real estate pre-licensing classes for the Alan Kells School of Real Estate
What excites me the most is that I get to use my techniques as a coach to put together the right team and strategy for the needs of my clients. My game plan consists of a High Tech / High Touch approach for my clients.
The High Tech part refers to the fact I use all of today's technological tools to market my clients homes to their full potential. I use those same tools to get information as quickly as possible to my buyers.
The High Touch part refers to the high level of trust and rapport I build with my clients. I listen, educate, and respond to all of my clients needs before, during, and after the transaction.
Often I am asked "What do you specialize in?" and to that my response is I specialize in helping people succeed. What I mean is regardless of your needs, I will take the time to understand them so that I can coach you through the real estate process and help our team win at the game of real estate!!!
